A well-designed home will evolve with your family. As children grow up and out of toys into study spaces and sports equipment, we can prepare with space planning and flexible storage solutions. Our adult needs change as we eventually host more dinner parties than playdates.

Step #1: Start With the Plan

It is vitally important to look at the full design of your home before construction begins. If you don't consider furniture plans in the early stages, you may miss the correct placement of outlets or possible home automation.

You need to be sure to consider current and future needs, as well as coordinate all budget items to keep costs under control before breaking ground.

Step #2: Design for Real Life

"Form follows function" is not just a platitude. I feel a house is more beautiful when all spaces work efficiently. I am passionate about built-in storage. It can be a highly decorative element made of lovely wood while still housing the less decorative elements of life.

We need to be sure rooms can fit bunk beds for a while, and then a queen bed and desk when sleepovers turn into all-nighters. We also need to consider layered lighting when our prescriptions become progressive.

Step #3: Invest in What Lasts

We help you select finishes that endure. Lifetime flooring, excellent plumbing fixtures, and solid wood cabinetry are some of the best investments you can make.

We have helped many families evolve from nurseries to empty nests. Each phase of life can be accommodated and embraced through thoughtful design.
